Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
